Jeanna Grizzanti, CCMA, CMLT, is a highly experienced clinical and aesthetic specialist at Avant Dermatology & Aesthetics with more than 20 years of experience in dermatology, including general dermatology, Mohs surgery, laser treatments, and advanced aesthetic procedures. Her extensive clinical knowledge, technical expertise, and attention to detail have earned her a loyal following of patients who specifically seek her out for her experience and consistently exceptional results.

Throughout her career, Jeanna has worked closely with dermatologists and Mohs surgeons, developing a strong foundation in skin health, surgical procedures, wound care, and laser technology. She has also held clinical leadership and management roles, training and mentoring clinical staff and working with students during their clinical education. Her combination of hands-on experience and teaching expertise has made her a trusted and respected member of the clinical teams she has worked with.

Jeanna played an integral role in the development of Avant Dermatology & Aesthetics, working alongside Dr. Sheila Farhang when the practice opened in 2020 and helping establish its clinical and procedural operations. She was personally trained by Dr. Farhang and has continued to expand her expertise in laser and aesthetic treatments. Today, Jeanna maintains her own patient schedule at Avant, creating individualized treatment plans focused on safety, skin health, and natural-looking results.

Known for her precision and thoughtful approach, Jeanna takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals before recommending a treatment. Her extensive experience, advanced procedural knowledge, and genuine passion for patient care have made her a valued part of the Avant Dermatology team—and, as the team likes to joke, she has developed quite the “cult following” among her patients.
